Guidelines for Private Study Rooms

1. Study Rooms can be reserved by full-time teachers and graduate students.

 

2. There are 28 study rooms --- 22 rooms for one-month users, 6 rooms for one-day users.

 

3. Reservations are required and should be made at the Circulation  Desk on the first floor. Monthly users have to book on the final day of each month at 830 a.m. ( 9:30 a.m. on Sat. & Sun. )

 

4. Materials not checked out or non-circulating materials can not be shelved.

 

5. Be quiet and keep clean.

 

6. Only one room can be reserved and occupied by one eligible user.

 

7. Users may not leave any valuables unattended in the room. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

 

8. Library staff will check the study rooms for cleanliness.

 

9. Violation of the rules will result in loss of study room privileges for one semester.

 

10. These Regulations were approved by the University Senate. Any changes must receive their approval.
