If I don’t receive the “Email Library Notices”, may I have these overdue fines waived?
All library notice, including coming due alert, hold pick-ups, recalls and overdues, are sent to library user's email.
It is their responsibility to return their borrowed items according to the information listed in their "My Account" and to check their emails regularly so as not to miss any important library notices.
How to place a request/hold online?
When books are checked out, users can place a hold (request) on it.
Library homepage → Library Catalog → Search the book by title, author, call number or subject, etc. → Click "Request" → Enter your Library ID and Password → Click "Login"
Can I return the items to the Book Drop?
Materials can be returned to library book drops (outside the General Library and the Management College Library) after the library has closed.
If I borrow something from the General Library, can I return it to Management College Library?
Yes, you can.
How to renew books online?
Logon at the Library catalog→ Click "My Account" → Click "loan items".
How do I access electronic resources on and off campus?
Use E-Resources System, click “Database/Web Resource” or “Journal/e-book” at top right corner.
